Kristina's Beauty Creations is an independently owned business operating within Haven Salon. These policies apply only to services provided by Kristina's Beauty Creations.
Appointment Policies
To provide the best experience for every guest, appointment times are reserved specifically for you and the services you have scheduled. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their service shortened or may need to reschedule depending on the remaining appointment time.
Hair color results cannot be guaranteed, as outcomes may vary based on previous color history, hair condition, medications, and other factors discussed during your consultation. A thorough consultation will be completed to create a realistic plan based on your hair goals and current hair condition.
Repeated no-shows, last-minute cancellations, or frequent late arrivals may require prepayment before future appointments can be scheduled.
Your satisfaction is important to Kristina's Beauty Creations. If you have concerns about your service, please contact Kristina within 7 days so your concerns can be discussed and evaluated. When appropriate, a reasonable adjustment may be offered.
Please note that refunds are not offered once a service has been completed. However, Kristina's Beauty Creations strongly value all guests and want you to feel confident and happy with your experience, so any concerns will be reviewed on an individual basis and a reasonable solution may be discussed when appropriate.
